Flatwork Demolition & Haul-Off
Old slabs sawcut, broken out, hauled off, and left build-ready.
Overview
A clean tear-out protects everything around it. We sawcut the edges first so removal doesn't crack the concrete that's staying, break out the slab, and haul the debris — to a recycler whenever possible, where old concrete becomes base course instead of landfill. What's left behind is a graded, compacted subgrade that's genuinely ready for the next pour, pavers, or landscaping, not a rough hole someone else has to fix.
Signs you need this

- A driveway being replaced, widened, or rerouted
- An abandoned shed or RV pad you're done looking at
- Old steps, stoops, or planters that need to go
