Concrete Repair & Slab Leveling
Crack repair, spall patching, and lifting sunken slabs without a tear-out.
Starting at $289
Overview
Not every ugly slab needs replacing. Cracks get routed, cleaned, and sealed so winter water can't freeze inside them and pry them wider; spalled surfaces get patched; and sunken sections — walks, driveway panels, stoops — get lifted by pumping material under the slab to fill the voids that let it settle. We'll also tell you the other honest answer: when a slab is too far gone and repair money is better put toward replacement.
Signs you need this
- A settled sidewalk panel that's become a trip hazard
- Cracks that widen a little more every winter
- Spalling, scaling, or flaking surfaces
- A sunken stoop or driveway section pulling away from the house
