Overview
Water damage is a diagnosis first and a patch second. We look for the entry point: failed parapet caps, window flashing, roof edges, cracks, grade too high against the wall, or irrigation hitting stucco every morning. Once the water source is handled, damaged material is removed and rebuilt so the repair lasts.
