For garages, additions, casitas, and sheds we excavate and form to the engineer's spec, set rebar and anchor bolts where the drawings put them, lay the vapor barrier, and coordinate the inspections so your project never stalls at the county. New Mexico soils — caliche in one yard, expansive clay in the next — get respected, not discovered later.
